Refunds & Returns

It is very important to us that you love your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, unopened items in their original closed packaging may be refunded or exchanged within:

  • 30 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase.

For refunds, Send the product back in original condition and we’ll credit your Paypal/credit card or bank account the total amount of your order, minus shipping incurred by CURA CO and minus a $10AU handling fee for returns. Refunds take 4-5 days to be completed once returned to our warehouse. To qualify for a refund the set must be returned in unused condition due to Australian hygiene regulations. We cannot refund or exchange items that have been used or opened or altered.

Replacements & Faulty Items

If there are any faults with any product, CURA CO will replace the faulty product once the original product is returned. A refund in this case will only be eligible if a replacement product is unavailable or if the returned product was not opened.


Cura Co uses Interparcel, Sendle, and Australia Post for shipping and handling.  We post orders between 1-2 business days. Depending on the size of your order is what the team will allocate.

1. Sendle Postage (for delivery in 2 – 6 business days)

2. Interparcel Postage (for delivery in 2 – 4 business days)

3. Australia Post Postage (for delivery in 2 – 8 business days)

Once your parcel has been packed you will receive a dispatch notification email with your tracking information. This email will contain a tracking number and details allowing you to track the progress of your delivery – tracking links may not work until later in the day when the carrier has physically scanned the parcel into their system.
